## Who this is for
For people comparing this service with their care team. Inclusion is not a recommendation or a finding that it is right for your cancer.

## Before ordering

1. Ask your clinician what whole-genome testing would add to the reports you already have.
2. Have pathology and Inocras confirm the specimen instructions. Do not arrange another biopsy just because a website lists a sample requirement.
3. Ask for the full patient price. The US patient page says these tests are not currently covered by health insurance.
4. Ask what germline findings may be reported and whether genetic counseling is appropriate.

More data can uncover useful findings. It can also leave you with findings that do not change treatment.

## Limits and context
Service details are reported by the linked provider unless noted. Confirm current access, requirements and costs directly. A company profile does not establish clinical benefit.

## Relationships and disclosures
No paid placement. I have no investment, advisory role, paid partnership or other financial relationship with the twelve companies in this initial directory.
