Sign up on the patient guidance page and share your records. Massive Bio says its service is completely free for patients and their physicians (checked October 23, 2026). The American Cancer Society uses Massive Bio for AI-driven matching in its ACS ACTS program, so signing up through ACS ACTS leads to the same matching plus ACS support.
